We performed three times, to re-enact the organization of the Relief Society--which happened exactly 166 years ago today. The Red Brick Store brimmed over with the Spirit, and many tears were shed by participants and audience alike. What a wonderful experience this was for me. I will hope that this is merely my first stint with the reenactors guild here in Nauvoo.
Sarah Cleveland and Elizabeth Whitney (Emma's councilors) were played by women from my ward: Sherri Birdsall and Vivian Wright. Sister Emma was so wonderful!
Brother Benedict and Brother Owens have played the parts of Willard Richards and John Taylor for several years. They live in Kathy's ward, just south of town, and added a bit of dash to the production.
In real life Emma and Joseph are NOT married to each other. They are both talented actors who have participated in the Nauvoo Pageant, though not in these roles. We appreciated being able to have their experience and professional demeanor to set the tone. 
Here we all are on the steps in front of Joseph Smith's Red Brick Store. What a fun activity this was!

Congratulations on learning to add photos! And they say you can't teach an old dog new tricks!! (Not that you're a dog, of course...) =)
